We arrived early and the shuttle was able to accommodate. Was not as nice a vehicle as we had desired (was an Econoline van, nothing fancy), but the driver was professional and friendly. My only gripe is the call instructions for pickup. The call menu should have a selection for "driver pickup location". The call menu was hard to navigate and I had to basically select the help option to get a person on the phone.
